Shotclear is a tool that allows users to capture pixel-perfect screenshots and visual assets. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

To use Shotclear, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Shotclear and its original content, features, and functionality are the property of Brandionary (brandionary.com) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using the service.
5. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Shotclear is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shotclear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shotclear and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
